At Mavis Tire Supply, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and quality tire products to our customers. As an Automotive Tire Technician with our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles on the road.

Compensation: The starting base rate of pay for this position is negotiable, but it's estimated to be around $15-$18 per hour. Additionally, you can expect guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800. This means your total earning potential could reach $14-$17 per hour.

About the Job: We're looking for experienced Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art service centers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, as well as performing tire services like rotations, balancing, and flat repairs. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service that exceeds their expectations.

What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn new skills and processes. While prior experience is preferred, we're happy to train the right candidate through our paid training program.
