About the Role:

  • This full-time position will require 12 hours shifts per day, with a variable schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive neonatal care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • This role will also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • No less than 2 years of experience in neonatal nursing.
  • Current certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 - 180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
