We are seeking a skilled Payment Posting Specialist to join our team in Concord, NH.

About the Role:

  • This is a Hybrid Remote position with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office requirement.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience posting payments and denials in a high-volume medical billing department.
  • A strong emphasis on teamwork and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review collections for missing bill codes and process online payments efficiently.
  • Daily scans of remits, review Lock Box totals, and record accurately.
  • Post Lock Box Zero Pays and Denials while ensuring end-of-day reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel Spreadsheet, and SharePoint Applications.
  • Experience with multi-site, individually credentialed facilities (urgent care, ASC, etc.) is a plus.
