Job Title: Senior Learning Product Owner

Job Summary:
The Senior Learning Product Owner is a key member of the Oracle team responsible for setting the production standards for a learning design and development team that supports large-scale federal clients. This role ensures that the maintenance requirements definition and asset production processes are efficient, effective, and well-managed.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging instructional materials, including eLearning modules, multimedia content, and instructor-led training.
Support the implementation of a large, highly-available learning asset catalog designed to prepare users to go live with an enterprise electronic health record solution.
Serve as the primary liaison between instructional design teams, product management, and stakeholders to define, develop, and deliver training products.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for instructional design initiatives, from ideation and conceptualization to execution and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the design and development teams, utilizing Agile or other iterative methodologies.
Facilitate collaboration with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and ensure content aligns with client expectations.
Monitor and evaluate product performance and user feedback, using data to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and technical developers.

Qualifications:
7-10 years related work experience.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Sharepoint, and Excel.
Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.0 to ensure all learning content is inclusive and accessible to all users.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in face-to-face customer service.
Experience leading multiple, simultaneous, high-profile projects.
Experience reading and executing performance work statements.
Experience working on Federal contracts a plus.
Experience with healthcare information technology a plus.
Expertise in instructional design, ELearning development and content creation.
