Physical Therapist

The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist is a vital member of our team at JAG Physical Therapy, responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and providing positive encouragement to help patients achieve their goals.
This role involves aiding patients in healing, recovering, improving pain tolerance, and maximizing functional independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice, and strong clinical decision-making skills.
Key responsibilities include collecting patient care data, preparing and conducting patient evaluations, establishing treatment plans and goals, providing education and training to patients and their support system, and overseeing support staff.
