Job Summary

High Country Community Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Management Professional to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT management and a proven track record of successfully managing IT staff and implementing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, operation, and management of all computer network, hardware, software, EMR, and cyber security systems throughout the organization.
  • Research and recommend new products and systems to senior management.
  • Purchase, upgrade, support, and maintain computer systems, servers, server backup systems, network equipment, and network security.
  • Manage implementation projects, ensure the integrity and availability of existing platforms, application delivery, and telecommunications.
  • Document and develop new and existing processes, and develop IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of healthcare IT management experience and a Bachelor's degree in an information technology management related field. Other desired experience includes managing IT staff and experience in customer service, IT service management, applications development, change management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity management, AI technology, asset management, project management, and information systems security management.
