Your responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN) include:
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety through the use of the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
