About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Cox Medical Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiology/CT procedures with independence or under the supervision of a physician, adhering to established standards of medical care in radiology. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent anatomical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiology/CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and images.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • ARRT(R) CT certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in radiology/CT imaging.
  • Prior travel experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • CoxHealth requires the flu vaccine; candidates must be willing to obtain it prior to submitting their application.
  • Applicants must live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying.
  • If previously employed by CoxHealth, candidates must have been gone for at least 2 years.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
