Keyholder

Uptown Cheapskate Christiansburg is seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including supervising staff, coaching and training team members, and maintaining a fresh and visually enticing store environment.

• Open and close the store by following a list of tasks assigned for each day.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve higher performance and interaction with all customers.
• Coach and train team members to improve sales, customer service, and inventory management skills.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment that exceeds customer expectations.
• Excellence in sales, customer service, inventory management, housekeeping, and all other in-store tasks.

• Must have a passion for fashion and a strong knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion and brands.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills.
• Energetic and upbeat outlook with a desire to have a career and grow with the company.
• Ability to work weekends (at least one Sunday per month) and holidays.
