About the Role:

This Administrative Assistant position provides complex support and project coordination for department heads, managers, and staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, screening calls, and routing messages
  • Greeting visitors and outside vendors
  • Managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating special events, travel arrangements, and project proposals
  • Providing exceptional communication and influencing project completion

Requirements:

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:

  • 5+ years of related experience (Administrative/Project Coordination)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence project outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience
