Job Overview

Entegee is seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Designer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical hardware for sophisticated commercial and residential lighting control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical hardware for lighting control systems
  • Drive projects through concept stage, development, and commercialization
  • Manage and prioritize various ongoing activities with limited supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • AC and DC power electronics design experience including SMPS
  • Expertise with low voltage analog and digital circuit design
  • Experience working with 32-bit microcontrollers
  • Proficiency in the use of Altium schematic capture software or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Wireless module experience
  • PCB design and layout experience
  • Familiarity with UL, CSA, IEC, FCC standards

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan
