Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team in a fast-paced Pre/Post Operative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care in the Pre/Post Operative unit
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient transitions
Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current Colorado Nursing License
Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an ASC environment
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
