Director of Nursing: A Leading Position in Long-Term Care

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our Skilled Nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, promoting a positive culture among staff members
  • Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and training programs to improve clinical outcomes and staff performance
Requirements
  • Active RN license; experience in long-term care or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
