Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for School-Based Positions

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at SPG Therapy & Education. As a leading provider of speech and language services, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on a school year calendar. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.

 

About the Role

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with SPG Therapy & Education, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports, and consulting with parents, teachers, and IEP teams to develop effective service delivery modifications and accommodations. You will also maintain daily therapy logs, collect data, and track attendance registers.

 

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
  • Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding Service Delivery Modifications, Accommodations and/or Generalization of Skills
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
  • IEPs-Writing Goals according to Common Core State Standards

 

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility. Additionally, you must have fingerprint background clearance and tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
