Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong clinical background to join our team as a Senior Outpatient Clinical Care Specialist. This role involves providing direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient setting, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
  2. Execute physician orders, administer medications, and perform routine and complex technical procedures as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the care team to prioritize patient care activities, manage unexpected situations, and provide education to patients and families.
  4. Maintain accurate records, adhere to internal controls, and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas
  • At least two years of clinical RN experience in an outpatient setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
