About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Port Orange, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding community revenue and occupancy goals.


You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads, partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, and support the growth and development of our sales team.

Qualifications and Skills We're looking for a strong sales leader with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience. You should have a valid driver's license, strong working knowledge of technology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
