Job Overview

In the Army National Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the back of house operations, ensuring seamless mission planning. As an Automated Logistical Specialist, you will hone your organizational skills and delve into the intricacies of supply chain management. From inventory control to warehouse optimization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute specific functions to maintain equipment records and parts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain accurate records (stock lists, inventory, material control, etc.)
  • Maintain the stock locator system and administer document control procedures
  • Process requests and turn-in documents
  • Perform prescribed load-list and shop-stock list duties in manual and automated supply applications
  • Operate material-handling equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Stock control and accounting procedures
  • Procedures for shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing stock
  • Movement, storage, and maintenance of ammunition
  • Procedures for handling medical and food supplies

Requirements:
  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
