Job Title: MEPS Infrastructure Department Manager

Dewberry is seeking a highly skilled MEPS Infrastructure Department Manager to lead our team of electrical systems experts. As a key member of our Nashville office, you will be responsible for growing and developing our infrastructure group, driving business growth, and providing technical guidance and leadership to our team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the MEPS Infrastructure group to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Grow, mentor, and develop staff within the discipline area to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEPS Infrastructure team.
  • Organize staff to achieve career advancement, professional development, quality client service, and operational efficiencies.
  • Take an active role in recruitment of staff in the discipline area, including networking, recruitment, interviewing, and deal closing.

Requirements:
  • Experience in power system studies, electrical medium voltage distribution system design, water & waste-water electrical system design, and/or SCADA system design.
  • Technical and quality oversight of all project work.
  • Establishing and improving standards.
  • Adherence to project schedule and budget.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High aptitude for abstract reasoning, assertiveness, and thoroughness.
  • Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and equipment, including switchgear, panelboards, MCC's, circuit breakers, and fuses.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
  • Coordination with all disciplines involved, including outside consultants.
