Job Title: Senior Nursing Coordinator

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Coordinator to join our team at Williamson Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing nursing care across various units. Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license in Tennessee and adhere to various certification requirements. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in providing high-quality healthcare services. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting accurately and timely, ensuring seamless patient care delivery. Responsibilities:
* Performs comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time frame using skills of observation, communication, and examination. This includes data obtained from patients, family members, and other members of the healthcare team.
* Plans individualized patient care based on identified problems/needs, nursing diagnoses, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
* Develops plans for patient teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs suitable for the patient population.
* Functions independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas, evidenced by adherence to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment without any pattern or trend of problems.
* Handles, transports, stores, prepares, and administers medications/solutions safely and according to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
* Documents accurately and timely. Reassesses patient condition, evaluates patient response, and modifies plan of care accordingly and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
* Earned a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited college or university.
* Valid nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
* BLS within 90 days of hire.
* For telemetry unit: Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
* For float pool and extended float pool: Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
* For critical care: Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire; AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire.
* For oncology: ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire.
* For adult emergency room: At least one year of emergency experience preferred; TNCC preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
* For pediatric medical surgical: At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred; PALS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification (8-hour, non-physical training) within 6 months of hire.
* For pediatric emergency room: At least one year of pediatric emergency experience preferred; PALS within 6 months of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification (8-hour, non-physical training) within 6 months of hire; ENPC or TNCC within 6 months of hire.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
