Soar Autism Center, a leader in autism care, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. With a focus on early intervention and integrated autism care, we strive to provide exceptional services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced BCBA to plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Candidates will collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, ensuring a seamless experience for families.
  • As a member of our team, you will implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), working closely with our clinical leaders who will guide you through the approach.
  • You will oversee a team of about 7-8 clients and conduct standardized assessments to refine treatment plans based on progress.
  • Beyond therapeutic services, you will build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • ABA early intervention experience is essential.
  • PREFERRED candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Candidates must possess clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be passionate about providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Should have experience working with children aged 2-6 and knowledge of the Early Start Denver Model.
