About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and personalizing business processes in enterprise software systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, and Oracle NetSuite ERP. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop requirement specifications for system configuration and custom developments. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

In this role, you will analyze and improve business processes using Horus business process tools and best practice reference models. You will also design conceptual data migration and support the transformation process, as well as provide organizational change management and training support. Additionally, you will ensure the ongoing maintenance and further development of the system.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need a degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business affinity, or a career changer with practical business experience. You should have sound business knowledge and ideally user experience in areas such as finance and accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics and production, customer experience, personnel management (HCM), and digital technologies/AI.

You will also require excellent communication skills, abstraction, structuring skills, diligence in creating documentation, and good German and English language skills. Mobility in project work at home and abroad is essential.

What We Offer

PROMATIS software GmbH offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on level of experience and areas of expertise. Our benefits package includes health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D, 401(k) plan with employer match, PTO days, sick leave days, paid holidays, and floating holidays. International travel opportunities are also available.
