Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Mahaloha Burger. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and engage in conversations to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage transactions efficiently and accurately, using a cash register to process payments and provide change.
- Balance the cash register and maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions.
- Scan goods and verify pricing and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Accept payments in cash, credit, or check, and provide receipts as needed.
- Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards, and process returns and refunds.
- Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport, and upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer knowledge and math skills essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
