Job Summary

Welcome guests and ensure a seamless dining experience as a Cashier Host at Caesars Entertainment. This role requires a friendly and courteous demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, taking into account their preferences and availability.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Assist with identifying and seating VIP guests, hotel patrons, and other special guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to phone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a cashier and/or host preferred.
  • Previous experience with accounting or heavy math preferred.
  • Literate and fluent in English.
  • Above-average communication and guest service skills.
  • Accuracy in handling money.
  • Legible handwriting.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
