About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized therapy services to patients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include performing treatment plans, instructing patients in exercises and activities, and observing and recording patient responses to treatment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require current licensure as a physical therapy assistant in the state of California, CPR certification, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Compensation:

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits including holiday pay, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401k retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, and employee assistance programs.
