Grocery Stock Team Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Floor Support Specialist to join our team at Giant Eagle. As a member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked with fresh products, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

• Replenish products on the sales floor, rotating stock to ensure that older items are sold before they expire
• Ring up customer purchases accurately and efficiently, using a cash register or mobile device
• Set up attractive displays and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Assist with light stocking duties, including unloading deliveries and restocking shelves
• Help customers find what they need, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to operate a cash register
