Program Manager II

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager II - Behavioral Health Clinician Supervisor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in clinical supervision, program management, and community collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing supervision to FSS Behavioral Health Clinicians to ensure staff follow acceptable standards, complete work in a timely and accurate manner, and within the CCH regulatory guidelines.
- Provides clinical assessments for families, crisis intervention, and referrals to other appropriate programs for FSS participants.
- Completes required paperwork and ensures accurate and timely reporting to Regional Accountability Entities (RAEs), CCH administration, and funders.
- Works to establish community collaboration promoting effective coordination and continuity of services to families participating in the FSS program.
- Participates in coordinated meetings with Property Management teams at various property sites throughout the Denver metro area.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required in the State of Colorado with two to four years management experience.
- Preference given to candidates with specialized knowledge of issues pertaining to families and children.
- Experience with and desire to work with underserved populations.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision and working with a multi-disciplinary team.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
