Job Description
As a General Manager at Captain D's, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant's operation. You will be accountable for driving sales, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, and developing future leaders. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and provide direction to your team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries, with proven success managing financial results.
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service.
- An ability to mentor and train team members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide direction.
- Involvement and understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials.
