About the Role

As a Senior Structural Fabrication Manager, you will oversee the fabrication and assembly of structural components for a high-impact project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of structural fitters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and accurate assembly.
  • Reviewing project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of tasks.
  • Monitoring and enforcing adherence to safety protocols and best practices to create a secure work environment.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure project milestones are met and any challenges are addressed promptly.
  • Conducting quality inspections to verify precision, accuracy, and alignment of fabricated components.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the fabrication process, coordinating with necessary teams to find effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Structural Fitter Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the construction or maritime industry. Strong knowledge of structural fabrication techniques, materials, and assembly processes is essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively, are also required.
