Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRE and IT operations, as well as proficiency in various programming languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies to ensure high availability and performance of our cloud-based systems.
  • Lead a team of reliability engineers to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability engineering initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for reliability engineering practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and AI/ML.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant technical experience in SRE, IT operations, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or associated degree.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, DevSecOps practices, SAFe Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like AWS and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups.
  • Hands-on experience with Observability tools such as Dynatrace, SPLUNK, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
