Job Title: Talent Sourcer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team in identifying and attracting top candidates for various roles, particularly hard-to-fill positions. This role focuses on leveraging social networking, online job sites, and other sourcing methods to create a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate high-quality candidates for assigned job openings.
  2. Actively mine Taleo and other job boards to source potential candidates.
  3. Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to build a pipeline for niche, hard-to-fill, or similar job categories.
  4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' fit, qualifications, and interest, then present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
  5. Maintain a talent pool of passive candidates to streamline future sourcing efforts.
  6. Regularly update recruiting systems (Taleo) with candidate status and progress.
  7. Provide onboarding support and assist the department as needed.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to generate qualified candidates for multiple job openings.
  • Experience using Taleo, Boolean searches, and other online job platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media networks like LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
  • Strong communication and screening skills to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Experience with ATS database management.
  • Ability to maintain an organized talent pool for future hiring needs.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR or talent sourcing experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
