Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Lawton/Duncan region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including assessing their health, creating treatment plans, and ordering diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, fostering trust and confidence in your care.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms.
  • Prescribe medications, supplies, and interventions as medically necessary.
Requirements
  • Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
  • Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate independently.
  • 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required).
