Job Description

As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to determine their service needs and providing expert recommendations for services.
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently to ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Preparing accurate repair orders that offer full transparency of costs and time estimates.
  • Generating detailed estimates by calculating parts, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Assessing vehicle performance issues and recommending services accordingly.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status.
  • Collaborating closely with technicians and parts personnel to guarantee timely completion of work.
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, fuel system, oil change, and water system.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle mechanical and electrical functions to ensure proper performance.
  • Troubleshooting vehicle systems to diagnose mechanical issues.
  • Repairing vehicle mechanical and electrical systems efficiently.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we require our Automotive Diagnostic Technicians to possess:

  • Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent.
