Job Overview:

As a Trench Crew Member at V3 Electric, you will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks necessary for the installation of underground utilities, particularly the digging and preparation of trenches for electrical conduit installation.

This role is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Dig and prepare trenches for the installation of electrical conduits and other underground utilities.
  • Assist with the installation of conduits, cables, and other related materials in trenches.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment necessary for trenching tasks, including shovels, picks, trenching machines, and mini excavators.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and operating hand tools for extended periods (Up to 50-100 Lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
