Job Title: Special Security Advisor

Armada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Special Security Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert security advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical, and information security standards.
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective security management.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience in Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Industrial Security.
  • 3 years of related experience working with SCI in multiple security disciplines.
  • Experience with managing SCI programs as a Special Security Officer.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience working with SCI in multiple security disciplines.
  • Within the last 3 years, attended and completed a formal SSO certification training and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) 705 Physical Security Course.
