Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Property Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage leasing and collections programs, resident satisfaction, maintenance, revenue enhancement, and capital improvements.

About the Job

This is a dynamic position that involves working closely with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage leasing and collections programs to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of all aspects of management activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform physical inspections of the property to verify the condition of vacant apartments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain resident communications, including complaints and service requests.
  • Implement a resident retention program to improve customer satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory/management role required.
  • Minimum three years of residential property management experience required.
  • Luxury apartment experience preferred.
  • Able to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and on-call as necessary.
