Youth Soccer Coach

Challenger Sports is a leading provider of soccer camps and clinics, seeking energetic and enthusiastic coaches to join our team.

We offer professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5-18 years old. Our innovative curriculum introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer, as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

This seasonal opportunity is perfect for those who love football/soccer and have youth coaching/education experience. As a coach, you will lead groups of youth soccer players at summer camps in multiple locations each week.

You will coach soccer for an average of 15-30 hours each week, with compensation ranging from $300 to $450 per week. Ideal candidates should have experience working with children aged 10-14 and hold a coaching license ('E' license or equivalent).

• Lead soccer sessions for youth players aged 10-14

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Competitive compensation: $20-$25 per hour
