Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Practice Director to lead our team in the Midwest region.

Role Summary

This key leadership position is responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing day-to-day activities, and fostering strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our accounting and finance practice.
  • Lead a high-performing team of recruiters and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, establish C-suite relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with other members of the leadership team to develop cross-selling initiatives between business lines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or consulting, preferably in accounting and finance.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to develop rapport and relationships with individuals at various levels.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
