Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship-Trained Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients, including general surgical cases, minor nerve blocks, and complex vascular cases.
- Supervise and mentor CRNAs to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Anesthesiology with a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
