Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate at Virtual, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. This role involves greeting customers in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of awareness on the sales floor, and assisting customers with merchandise and answering their questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner

Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a positive shopping environment

Assist customers with merchandise and answer their questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner

Respond to customer service calls immediately

Handle all customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the store leadership when needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
