Ambulatory Housekeeper

Xanitos is a leading provider of ambulatory cleaning services for medical office buildings and clinics. We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Part-Time Ambulatory Housekeepers to join our team at Everett Medical Center in Everett, WA.

As an Ambulatory Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, walls, and surfaces, as well as emptying trash cans and restocking bathroom supplies.

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
• Sweep and/or vacuum floors
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning experience a plus
• Post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test required
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless medical or religious exemption granted)

The work environment is quiet, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.

Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.20, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Saturdays only. Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.
