We are seeking a skilled Member Support Specialist to join our team at Eliassen Group in Charlotte, NC.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.50.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in our services and products to deliver exceptional support to our members.
  • Respond to member requests across various channels, including email, chat, social media, and phone support, while ensuring cross-product member visibility.
  • Provide remote support to vendor partners to facilitate growth and reduce escalation rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize members with intent to engage with our services, address issues, and document or train requirements.
  • Perform other assigned tasks to excel in this role.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in member support services, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a dynamic personality, and a member-focused approach.
  • Proactive peer mentor who identifies opportunities and takes initiative or ownership to address.
  • Proven experience in resolving complex customer issues and managing escalations with internal and external teams.
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats, with excellent organization, detail orientation, and high accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Preferred experience with industry-standard case management tools, bug tracking tools, and reporting analysis to optimize and prioritize support.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
