About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Westpark a Waters Community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing in a long-term care environment and be currently licensed as an LPN in the state they are working in.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional patient care by observing and evaluating resident needs, preparing and administering medications, and administering treatments
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and consult with physicians as needed
  3. Provide guidance and support to new staff members and participate in quality improvement initiatives
