Job Overview

As a Sales Account Manager at Branex Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-lasting relationships with clients in the automotive industry. Your expertise in purchasing and engineering, particularly with experience related to John Deere, Harley Davison, or Polaris, will be essential in identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, focusing on John Deere, Harley Davison, or Polaris and partners.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing insights from the automotive market and John Deere, Harley Davison, or Polaris-specific trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and a competitive landscape, within the John Deere, Harley Davison, or Polaris ecosystem.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers' teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring that all agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients' post-sale, addressing any concerns and identifying additional opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing or engineering within the automotive industry, with a strong preference for candidates with John Deere, Harley Davison, or Polaris experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
