MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a qualified Cardiopulmonary Care Specialist to fill a contract position in the Spokane, Washington area.

About the Position

We are offering a 13-week contract opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $ 120,000 per year, paid biweekly, plus additional tax-free stipends and reimbursements. This position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic critical care setting while enjoying the benefits of travel nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
  • Maintain and promote good customer relations; communicate with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, patients' family members, and other caretakers in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements

A Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification are required. Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
