Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Services Clerk to perform various office duties such as typing, answering telephones, and greeting patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining departmental records, and entering data into our computerized systems.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and refer them to appropriate personnel or take messages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Greet patients and visitors, providing directions and answering questions.
  • Maintain related departmental records, including patient information and billing data.
  • Type various forms, reports, and charts as needed.
  • Enter data into our computerized systems, verifying accuracy and making corrections as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
