Manufacturing Engineer

Biztech Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to fill the role of CNC Mill and Lathe Specialist. This position requires a strong background in setting up and maintaining complex machinery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation, with proficiency in Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controllers. In addition, they should be proficient in G-Code, M-Code, and blueprint reading (GD&T).

As a CNC Mill and Lathe Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining CNC Mills and Lathes for production runs
• Operating machines post-setup, ensuring consistent production
• Monitoring and maintaining tooling inventory, coolant levels, and general machine upkeep
• Troubleshooting machine issues and performing visual inspections for burrs, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
