Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our float nursing pool in Marlinton, West Virginia. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising unlicensed staff.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Hold current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Possess experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferably).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
