Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Spear Education. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with doctors, educating them on our Spear Ecosystem, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and upsell doctors through face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Educate doctors on our workshop curriculum and product solutions
- Ensure our campus workshops are filled to capacity
- Enroll clients into their next step workshops, seminars, and memberships
- Cross-sell campus attendees into Spear memberships
- Serve as the Spear subject matter expert for doctor transitions into our ecosystem
- Continuously develop and renew client relationships through Client Relationship Management
- Identify ideal doctor candidates for Practice Growth membership and build awareness of our product and solutions
- Generate opportunities through pre-planning and doctor engagement activities
- Collaborate with the Practice Growth Sales team to ensure client movement through the sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent skills and experience acceptable
- Quota-driven sales experience
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Scottsdale, AZ
- Proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Dental experience a plus
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 per year
- Incentive compensation plan with uncapped monthly commission and accelerators
