Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Unidine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
  • Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of previous high-volume cooking experience in restaurant, senior living, or catering environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
