Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Care Professional in our Medical/Surgical Telemetry department. As a key member of our Float Pool team, you will provide high-quality patient care while working with various units across the hospital.
About the RoleThis position requires a dynamic and experienced nurse who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms, administering medication, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med/Surg Telemetry areas, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse.
- An active Massachusetts RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
